Thanks for the suggestions! Definitely some things I can try here. But some won't work. DDs won't eat mac and cheese or eggs. DD2 will not eat any meat of any kind, ever. Some of it I think is a sensory issue, because neither of them will eat pudding. What kid doesn't like pudding?!?!

My kids don't like it unless we mix something with texture in. Same with Yogurt. I mix in rice crispes or corn flakes. When I have safe granola thats their mix in of choice.

my kids have all gone through the "will not eat ground beef" thing when they were toddlers- it was DEFFINITLY a sensory thing, they all love the taste of meat, just go through a faze of not liking the texture.
Oh, my youngest brother won't touch potato- never liked it since he was a baby, that includes french fries- the kid can't stand them, won't touch 'em! What kid doesn't like french fries?!??
