had no baking soda so i used yeast for the cookies...

I had no baking soda so I quickly threw two and a half teaspoons of yeast into a bit of warm water with sugar - let it bubble and then threw that into the cookie dough...I am definitely not saying you should do this but my "one big pan" cookie turned out great!

Wait... you made 1 huge cookie instead? One cookie has far fewer calories than 10 cookies. Please.. that's just simple math. Not sure what the problem is....
