Does anyone have good ideas for lunches to take to work?
I tried many things already, none of which worked for me (tried salads, tuna sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches) - none of these worked

I just took a chunk of tamale pie with me today but I like it cold too so... it's a vegetarian meal with cheese if you want the recipe...

I like easily put together food like pita bread and the baggy salads that I can buy. If you keep flip top tuna in the office, yu have lunch.

If you have leftovers from dinner, those are good.

I eat it in pita bread with my hard cooked egg and some low fat dressing. But otehrwise you could add grated carrots (you can buy them ready) and grated purple carrots. Or bring a tomato. Or a can of beets or corn.

Or whatever else floats your boat !
