Made it last night, tasted a bite this AM after it was cooled...delish! "Only" 304 calories a slice. Scary to think what's in a regular one. |

Two things if you want to try it. I made it in a blender instead of a food processor and had to do it in two batches. Also, plan ahead as you have to drain the yogurt and the cottage cheese. |
