Really easy, comes out beautiful. I addapted it from Shula Modan's cookbook.

Dough:

3 cups flour
3 tsp baking pwdr
2 sticks margarine
3/4 of a tub of tofutti sour creme
5 egg yolks

Mix all ingridients to form a smooth dough, wrap in saran wrap and put in the fridge.

Creme:

5 eggwhites
1 cup sugar
1pkg of vanilla (or chocolate) instant pudding (i think osem works best)

Beat eggwhites and sugar till soft peaks are formed. Add pudding and mix.

cut dough into 3 parts. Roll out each part thin, spread 1/3 of creme and roll. Cut into 3/4 inch slices. Put slice side up on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 25 min, untill the roses are golden. (the original recepie said bake for 40 min, but mine were ready in 25).
