I also kinda do the same thing each week, but I make the chicken different each week, and the sides change. I'll also mix up the salmon occasionally.

I do the same thing each week, fish, chicken soup, chicken from the soup with potato kugel and kishka and vegies from the soup. day is fish, egg salad and sometimes liver, chulent

It was horribly windy here on Fri - grilling was out. I wound up doing pretty much the usual, but the kids were happy.

I did a new salmon on Fri. that got rave reviews.

1 large steelhead salmon fillet, skin on, defrosted overnight in the fridge
equal parts maple syrup, Bartenura balsamic vinegar, French's deli mustard, olive oil
couple of pinches of rosemary and thyme

Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
Mix up the marinade, brush oven salmon, place on large baking sheet, bake until just done.
