I am in shock. I got it all done today! My head is spinning and the last of the challahs are in the oven but its all done. Only thing not is the pizzas and those are going to be made to order for lunch tomorrow for the kids. All the parts are ready, just need to be put in and the "cheese" melted. |

In the end we did not have the 19-year-old yeshiva bochur cousin (which is good because I hadn't even CONSIDERED that he'd need a 2nd day of chag!), so it was just us and for the evening meal our "ben bayit" (DH's chavrusa). I did get to the soup, but I probably shouldn't have...very grateful someone ELSE is sending in Shabbat because I wouldn't manage. Maybe I'll make challot though; I'd love to get back to that. |
