Not 100% sure. I think I will if the weather permits grill a roast. The kids have asked for pareve mac and cheese as well. I am thinking asparagus on the grill and some steamed broccoli. Shabbos day our thing this summer seems to be wings on the grill, potato salad, and some other salad that goes.

Now that I think about it, I wonder if I could do a bunch of wings in the crockpot with BBQ sauce....

Okay, finally made a menu.

Tonight-
pumpkin challah
roast on the grill
grilled asparagus and zucchini
Israeli couscous

pumpkin pareve cheesecake if I have the time for dessert

tomorrow-
grilled wings 2 ways. Half just dipped in honey and grilled the other with a BBQ sauce that I make homemade. (both eaten cold)
leftover grilled veggies
pasta salad

leftover cheesecake

If I have time as well I will put up some multi colored cupcakes to celebrate Zu graduating K. Waiting on dh to bring me some more soymilk that I need for them cause I am out.

All the pumpkin stuff is cause the stores have been out for months and months as there was a shortage but the store was fully stocked this week. The kids have been asking forever for both pumpkin challah and pumpkin cheesecake.

Yes - I want to know too...did the wings in the crockpot not work out?

Sara - have you already posted your pumpkin challah recipe here somewhere? I'd like to try that...

http://s9.zetaboards.com/Jewish_Womens_Forum/topic/7188629/1/#new its on this thread

The only thing is the recipe doesn't call for salt for some weird reason. It NEEDS salt!!! I just give it a sprinkle (prob. a t worth) and it makes it way better. Next time I make (next week) I am going to add pumpkin pie spice. hehe
