1 whole salmon fillet
2 tbsp French's deli mustard
2 tbsp Bartenura balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Take out salmon from freezer and transfer to fridge 24 hours in advance.
Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
Combine rest of ingredients, brush onto thawed salmon fillet. Let marinate for 15 min.
Place salmon on non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 min.

Good hot, cold or room temperature. It's the one thing that everyone in the family loves!

Well, I learned something last night. The quality of the fish matters. Don't not stock up on really cheap frozen fillets, because they will cause a perfect, idiot-proof recipe to turn into a disgusting mess.

I want to make this for Friday night, but I only have slices of salmon fillet (good quality, I hope.) How long do you think it would need to bake? Or, how does it look when it's baked long enough?
