I distinctly remember seeing a yapchik receipe someplace here. Can I make it with ground meat? Can it be done on the stovetop? It looks like I can't get any bones in time for Pesach, but I have plenty of ground beef... Thank you! |

I've made it in the crockpot - I put parchment paper in the crockpot, meat with lots of bones and then grate up potatoes and onion and mix with a good amount of salt and flatten on top of meat. I find it's the best after about 24 hours making it perfect for shabbos lunch! |
