Anyone have any thing they'd like to share?

I was thinking of hotdog/hamburger shish kabobs.... not sure what I'd do with them, but I think the kids might be intrigued.

I'd love to see some creative ideas! (or not creative... just need ideas!)

My kids eat anything on a stick. LOL I will marinate thin slices of beef or chicken and put them on and grill/broil. They love grape tomatoes with onion and chicken/beef. I have done tofu but it didn't always stay on nicely. I have not done hot dogs or burger meat (not sure ground beef would stay on nicely) honestly. They also like lamb and turkey with peppers and onions. I usually will serve brown rice on the side.

Fun! I don't think ground meat would stay on nicely. I might have to make a burger, cut it up into quarters or eighths and stick in on a stick!

Isn't there a middle-eastern recipe that is ground beef on skewers? I can't remember what it's called, though.

I don't know.. hmmm.... I was even thinking of making the kids hotdogs on skewers.. Cutting them up into 1 inch bites, but what would I put in between? Can't do corn... they cook so differently. May not be worth the effort.
