With my girls in camp I am taking it way too easy. We are only home for Friday night and I pulled the corned beef and the challah out of the freezer

Challah (homemade last week)
Moroccan fish
Salads (chick pea and maybe caesar)
Corned beef
Chicken (DH makes it)
potato kugel
apple kugel
string beans
brownies ( I still have to make that, but it is Duncan Hines)

I was just thinking of starting this. Dh just picked Zusil up from camp in Atlanta so they are there for Shabbos. I miss my guys but Zu had such a wonderful time and already declared he wants to go back. So, I made a really small shabbos.

tonight-
challah
chicken
veg. mix
mashed potatoes for everyone but Mo
corn for Mo

lunch-
challah
couscous salad
chicken
corn
salsa and corn chips for the kids
red pepper strips (I pickled some for myself)

I made thai noodles, sesame ginger chicken, teriyaki zucchini. The kids made challah at camp. We still have a left over loaf from last week. We don't eat challah in my house other than Friday night just a taste. So making a whole one is a waste unfortunately.

REALLY can NOT stand and cook in this heat...so taking it somewhat easy too!
fish loaf
green salad
homemade chatzilim
homemade avocado dip
chicken soup
potato kugel
greenbeans with sauteed mushrooms
chicken
oatmeal chocolate chip muffins
cholent
don't have much left to do, though I also need to throw a load or 2 in cuz kids went swimming in camp today, so I have wet chlorine smelling stuff and would LOVE to make it to the library to have something to read over shabbos, but I'm exhausted, so I doubt I'll make it there, since it would involve taking ALL the kids with me and who knows if I'd even find a parking spot :(
