B'H I made it through without feeling unduly ill, and seem to have enough milk to satisfy the baby somewhat through the night. Hard to tell, because she's been so fussy with teething at night, but she wasn't crying about lack of milk, so there was enough to soothe her. I'm no longer dreading Y"K! |

I made kokosh/cinnamon rolls for after the fast, but I limited the amount of sugar that went into it. There was just the right amount - not too much like you'd find at the bakery (though I do enjoy tons of sugar on more than just occasion :) ). Our pre/post meal was almost the same. Lentil potato soup with noodles, breaded white fish, watermelon and veges. |

I find I need the Vitamin Water the day after the fast too. It really made a difference. This is the first fast in a while that I wasn't pregnant or nursing and together with the vitamin water I did really well. I never used to fast good, somehow I always end up with an asthma attack at the end and we skipped it this time. |
