I recently borrowed "The New Jewish Holiday Cookbook" by Gloria Kaufer Greene. It has a bunch of wonderful recipes, but the one that really caught my attention was the gingerbread succah. The instructions are too much for me to type out, but if anyone is interested in the templates I created (using Microsoft Word), I would be happy to email them to you.

Also...if anyone attempts to make this, can you post pictures? It would be so nice to see everyone's creations. I'm planning on making the 'infrastructure' and allowing my toddler to decorate the [baked] walls and roof with dried fruit and candies.

It looks like a fun activity. My toddler may make a mess of it but we can try :)
