My SIL and family (minus 1 child in yeshiva) came to my ILs for Shabbos Chanukah so we are having a big Shabbos. I am making Friday night - should be about 16 people.

Homemade challah (made last week and in freezer)
Tricolor gefilte fish (you make it with spinach and carrots - very pretty)
Moroccan
Caesar salad, cole slaw
Chicken soup - outsourced to MIL
Veal roast - in oven as we speak (write?)
Chicken cutlets - fried for Chanukah
A few drumsticks for those who won't eat fried food
Potato kugel (also in oven now)
Apple crisp - still have to prepare
Grilled veggies (they are actually baked - they are prepared and I put it in about 1 hour before shabbos)
Dessert is fruit and candy unless I think of something else

Lunch is at my other SIL - my 16 plus her 2 married daughters and families and Motzai Shabbat is a Chanukah party for everyone at lunch plus 2 married nephews.

Not sure how I am going to serve it and for what meal

Challahs
avocado dip
lettuce salad
lasagna
zucchini/mushroom kugel
potato kugel
chicken wings
roast meat- still deciding what to do with it as I asked for ribs and he got the roast from the top of the ribs so not what I asked for and needs to be cooked differently.
