Tonight-
soup
rice
chicken
sauteed mushrooms and onions

oatmeal cookies (npl's recipe)

tomorrow-
pareve mac and cheese
deli meat
chicken tenders
avocado dip
tomato salad

oatmeal cookies

challahs will be baked in about half an hour.

Besides Dh, Frei, and I not sure anyone else will be eating. The boys got a nasty virus and are keeping nothing down.

I was knocked out and jet lagged, my kids were even worse, so I didn't have much energy. We had:

Schlissel challah (the dough took FOUR HOURS!!!to rise and I thought the challos would taste awful, but they were fine.)
gefilte fish with horseradish and mayonnaise
beef bouillon with noodles
roast chicken
apple kugel
broccoli salad
birthday cake (it was my birthday...also baby's first birthday was on Monday, the day we travelled home, so we celebrated on Shabbos. Only one cake, though.)

Day:
We had cholent, kishke, potato kugel when dh came home from shul. Then he took the kids to ILs since they hadn't seen them since we came home from the US. No one felt like eating a seuda so we waited till 5.30 and had seuda shelishit then:

challah
devilled eggs
smoked salmon
Appenzeller cheese
broccoli salad
cheese cake
