B"H only 2 days here!

I haven't figured out Shabbat dinner yet...lunch is cold cuts.

Seudah shlishit will be egg salad, tuna salad, and veggies.

Our big meal is going to be YT lunch: "maple" salmon, cheese pie, salad, a cheese platter, and a really, really nice caramel cheesecake (courtesy of DH's employer. :))

No milchigs here. I made a roast, chicken, schnitzel, turkey roast and 4 kugels (zucchini, broccoli, noodle, potato) so I can just throw something in the oven and add salads and veggies. Also soup, fish, challah and desserts including Pareve cheesecake. Luckily we're not home for all the meals - out for 2 day meals.
