DH and dd helped with the cooking this week, and I bought some ready-made. By the time it's all finished, I'm hoping we'll have:

Fri night:

Challah (bought)
Chicken (some with apple, some with apricot - dh cooked these)
Potato kugel (bought)
Cauliflower-brocolli kugel (I'm teaching dd to make this)
Zucchini and mushrooms
Sweet potatoes

Dessert - blondies made by dd.

Lunch:
Pot roast with potatoes and carrots
Noodle kugel (bought)
Leftovers from Fri night

Shalosh Seudos:
Salad,

I didn't even star cooking till 2 pm. The kids were off from school since wednesday, and I shopped friday morning, then took my kids to the park to let them air out a bit.

We had
chicken stir fry over rice
chicken soup from the freezer
honey lemon chicken.

I somehow miscalculated how much challah was in the freezer so I had to put up a new batch with the little flour I had in the house, which means I'll need to do another big bach soon.

Day,

we had chicken salad, using the leftover stirfry strips
Isreali salad, because it is the only salad my kids will eat
cholent

SS, the guys eat at shul every week.

And even with not doing anything till almost 2, we made early shabbat :)
