I'm hosting a ladies' class on shabbos so

For us:
Homemade challa
gefilte
maybe canned salmon salad
egg salad
green salad
daicon salad
shnitzel
chicken soup
rice and meat dish
cholent (parve)

for the class:

tofu antipasti
quionah rainbow salad
daicon salad
chumus
babaganush
cut up veggis with dill dipping sauce
parfait
homemade strawberry icecream
browny
zuccini muffins
blueberry muffins (we went blueberry picking in the beginning of the week thus blueberry muffins gallore!)
marshmallow gummy rolls

My first shabbos back in the kitchen! And time to eat some dishes I froze a long time ago!
Bought challah
Pickled brisket
Chicken from the freezer
Broccoli-cauliflower kugel from the freezer
Rice
Roast baby potatoes
Ratatouille (if I have enough veg in the fridge!)
Green beans

Lunch:
Cholent
Leftovers
Noodle salad?

Shalosh seudos:
Gefilte fish
Salad

Desserts - the babka dd1 made in camp (we need to bake it) and whatever else she wants to make to go with it, plus loads of fresh fruit.

Only home for lunch since SIL is in from OOT so we are having the meals together. So I have 15 ppl for lunch

Challah - made last week
cantelope
fish - salmon and gefilte
salads - not sure what I am making, I'll decide tomorrow
chopped liver for my great nephew who doesn't eat much
chulent
deli roll
franks in blanks for the kids
broccoli kugel
apple kugel
peanut butter pie and watermelon for dessert
