I wish I could stop procrastinating and just come up with a menu. Then I could shop and cook! As it is, I'm trying to think of simple, 1 or 2-dish main courses that reheat well, and something that is good cold or warm for second nights. |

1st day(s) we're at my MIL. There are homemade challot and gingersnaps on the menu. Shabbat chol hamoed will be a dairy lunch because our semi-resident vegetarian will be here. Dinner I can't plan until I know how many people we are. Possibly meatballs. Shmini Atseret/Simchat Torah dinner is home...probably simple because it's so late. Day we're out. |
