I make the same thing each week. Chicken, rice and veges for dinner and cholent for lunch. We also have gefilte fish (or salmon) and homemade spelt bread. Now that DS2 is no longer allergic to egg we can have egg challah again. This is the second week that I've made my challah with egg. We have chocolate cake and fruits for dessert.

It's realeez's recipe for hot choc fudge cake posted somewhere on the forum.
I just sub oat and rice flour for the wheat flour 1:1. Depending on what I have on hand, and how much I care about texture, I'll do anything from 100% oat flour (expensive but you can't tell it's not wheat, I don't think) to half oat and half rice, which gives a bit of a grainy texture, but is cheaper!

Wow...all your meals are more complicated than anything I put together (for fleishigs). Friday night was challah, meatballs, and quinoa, with leftover brownies for dessert. Shabbat lunch was more complicated because it was milchigs: challah, tuna muffins, cheese pie, chummus, guacamole, pickles, and falafel balls, with cinnamon buns for dessert.
