After a few shabbotot of simchas (my nephew got married we had aufruf and sheva brachot) we are home.

Tonight - 5 of us
Lunch - ILs and SIL total of 15 people

Mostly stuff out of the freezer in prep for pesach.

Friday night
Challah - homemade from freezer
Moroccan fish
brisket
chicken
potato kugel (freezer)
squash kugel and apple kugel muffins
salads
string beans.
Ices

Shabbos lunch
challah
fruit
moroccan and gefilte fish
chulent
deli roll from freezer
chicken wings from freezer
salads
apple kugel from freezer
potato kugel from freezer
ice cream pie that SIL made

I went really really small. Two of the kids had dental surgery so needed things to be soft.

Dinner-
salad
challah
an assortment of different sushi.
I was supposed to do egg rolls to go with it and even make the stuffing and was to exhausted to cook them up. So instead I stuffed some of the sushi rolls with it and they were SO SO good.
