What are you guys doing for the 9 days?

Tomorrow we are having bagels, daiya cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, cuc salad, and lox for those who can have fish (since I don't have to cook it so Tev won't react to it airborne).

Tuesday is pizza night

Wed is stuffed potatoes and salad. When Tev is in bed for the adults I have salmon.

Thursday is mac and cheese for those who can have daiya and noodles with pasta sauce for those who can't with a big old salad. For the adults its white fish, couscous, and veggies cooked with the fish.

I haven't planned further.

I really need to plan for this!
I think it will be a lot of pasta with cheese, pizza (we'll order two when they are doing a special, and the leftovers are lunches the next day), pancakes, a lasagna or pasta bake, baked potatoes, fish sticks.
The trick is to not give the kids cheese in their packed lunches on the days I want to do cheese for supper. If I do that during most of the year, it's not such a big deal, but during the 9 days, I risk doing it too many days in a row if I don't plan otherwise!
I really should just write it all out on my kitchen board!
Tomorrow night we need to do something with the leftover sushi fish (fake crab or whatever it is I bought). We had sushi salad for shabbos, but didn't use a whole package of fish, so I have to figure out what to do with it that isn't sushi salad that is a shabbos treat (that defeats the purpose of eating milchigs for the 9 days!).
I remembered why I don't have last years' menu plan - we were inundated with chessed meals from all our friends who helped out when my baby was born - so many variations on salmon that my kids loved so much!
