I just bought a home smoker from the local car boot sale. Its all complete and only cost me £3.00, Its in good condition and new, would have cost about £60.00. Now I need to learn how to smoke food, seems I can do fish, poultry, sausages, cheese and even hard boiled eggs amongst other things. Have any of you tried this method of cooking if so any advice please. |
