Hi Lisa, Ilove corned beef ash but there are a few ways of doing it so i don't know if this will be as good as the shop one. Unfortunately I never measure anything, just use amounts as to what I think  Peel and dice potatoes and boil for about 15mins (I do a medium size pan full) Meanwhile peel one large or 2 smaller onions, dice and fry in small amount of oil or spray until soft. Drain potatoes and lightly fry for about three mins. (don't add any oil and keep moving them about) Next empty into large bowl and mix evenly and loosely together - adding a large tin of corned beef after cutting into cubes. Once mixed empty into a greased oven proof dish and place in hot oven for about 15 mins. Remove and cover with grated cheese before putting back in oven for 5 mins. |

Thanks Sherry for the recipe. I wish I had not looked at it this late(or early morning) I feel like getting everyone back out of bed and cooking it now LOL. Will definitely try it later though. Will let you know how it turns out.
