tonight, i just ate ostrich meat for dinner. it was pretty good, but it was reaally expensive. like 10 bucks for half a pound!!! it was tangy and supposedly had less fat and more protein than beef... so i was wondering... what is the most exotic thing you katamariers have ever eaten??? (hopefully not a katamari...)

Rat. (Seriously.) It tasted a little like rabbit, I think, but it was hard to tell. There were too many spices obscuring the taste. |

I had a buffalo burger once - hmmm...or was it beefalo? Anyway it tasted like the wide open prairie. Like grass and dirt with a hint of compost. I did not like it.

You name it, I've probably had it. Escargo, shark, rattlesnake, fish roe, sea urchin, buffalo, ostrich, turtle, rabbit, artichoke, and... wait for it... hot dogs

YOU ATE MY PET OSTRICH??? The most exotic thing I've ever eaten was my left shoe. Seriously. I should tell you the story somtime. Not now though. Perhaps in my next topic. Ah, screw it. Heres a story, of a lovely lady, da da dum dum da dum, all of them had hair of gold, like their mother, the youngest one in curls..... whoa, now. Heres the REAL story. About a year ago, I went on a 5 day summer scout camping trip. On one of the days, I went to get some merit badges and came back for dinner. It was just starting, so I decided to go take a nap in my tent. I left my shoes outside of course. About 10 minuts later, I woke up, dinner was finally ready. The food tasted really good, so I asked what was in it. Some kids said that my shoe, chicken, and some other stuff was in it. I didnt believe them. I went to put my shoes on and sure enough, part of my shoe was missing. I stared at the food, and to my surprise, bits of my shoe WAS in there. True story, sad story. |
