Some of you have already admitted that they eat (and enjoy) beef jerky, or have noshed on ostrich and the like, but what other strange food proclivities are you all hiding? Do you put hot sauce on your appetizer, main course, AND dessert? Are you a closet YooHoo adict? Strange tea ceremony type food rituals in your background? Love peanut butter and baloney sandwiches? Now's your chance to share. Me, I like orange slices with salt, eat the cookies but not the middles of Oreo's, and can't drink soda without ice. When I feel like chocolate chip cookies, I'll make an entire batch from scratch just to eat two cookies. The feel of raw spinach rubbing against my teeth makes me insane; squeaky green beans are equally upsetting. I really was a YooHoo adict once, but I'm better now. I actually enjoy okra. |

Hmmm... With me, it's not a question of what I eat that's wierd (the list is too big), it's a question of the (few) things I don't eat... I don't eat squash/zucchini, raisins, eggplant, or sea urchin. There are a few things that aren't on my favorites list, but other than what I've already stated, I'll try anything at least once. |

I put hot sauce on just about everything that I eat, although I'm not weird enough to put it on dessert. I also have a major ketchup addiction, I put it on many things, including eggs and omeletes. Mmmmm...

I've put whipped cream on pizza before Other than that, I can't really think of any weird eating habits I have. I'm somewhat of a picky eater, although I'll try anything once. I'm not a ketchup fan.

You're a vegetarian?! So am I, dude! But, yes, I have had hot sauce on mac & cheese, it's truly amazing. I've had a friend that actually enjoyed putting hot sauce on her ice cream. Any of you hot sauce fans out there should check out "Dave's Insanity." This stuff is definately not for beginners; I mean, I consider myself a seasoned hot sauce consumer, but even just a couple of drops of the stuff in a dish and I'm on fire! It's no doubt the hottest sauce I've ever tried. One thing they put on the warning label that's really funny and at the same time, makes me wonder if this stuff's really healthy for me: Not for people with heart/respiratory problems. Can be used to strip waxed floors and remove grease stains.

Wow, a lot of lovers (and some haters) of hot sauce and ketchup around here.
I love bbq chips in my tuna salad sandwich. Really gives it a nice crunch. Remember when the Ninja Turtles were hot? As a promotion Universal Studios was selling Ninja pizzas at the park here in LA. It had everything but the kitchen sink on it, just like in the comix. People actually bought them for their kids...many of whom promptly threw up after eating it. They didn't sell them for long.

Duck fetus is yummy. I love hot cheetoes with vanilla ice cream, it tastes like peanut butter. I put pepper on almost everything I eat. After I eat a meal, I have to have a glass of warm water mixed with salt and lemon.

Well, one time when I was on a vacation in China, I blew my last 100 dollars on what was supposed to be a "delicacy" there. Bird's nest soup, I think. Tasted awful, like boiled tree branches. Biggest waste of money ever. |
