So in WLK, all the Katamari first cousins seemed to suddenly became.... better. Havana became longer. Odeko got taller. Dipp's spots became stars. Ace switched butts to a spikier model. (Though it hasn't been generating much buzz, whatever that means. >w>;) But after that, the cousins stopped getting better for some reason. So what would you do to "enhance" the cousins even more? How would they get even better?  Though I can't think of any good ones myself. ._.' I just thought of  becoming an 8 pronged star and  maybe becoming more flower like. Like her petals sort of curving outwards, and maybe a few added in. o.o(I've been making too many topics. This is my last one for a while, I promise! >_<'') OffTopic - I've been wondering for a while now, where are all the Katamari ecards that weren't on the Katamari site? I swear there wasn't one for Havana, Fujio, or Drooby when I went there, but I've seen some online. ._. |

Well, June has changed a fair amount.(I think every game, actually) Twinkle would look dumb as an 8-pronged star, not sure how Paula would look but I like her how she is. Tbqh, I can't really think of anyway to improve them. :o (Though it would be funny if they added sprinkles to Ban-Ban >_>) |

Well, Dipp did switch to plus signs (+) for Me & My, though he switched back to stars after that and it might just have been for The 'hasn't been generating much buzz' is a joke about how adding a 'stinger' makes him more bee-like. (Though personally, he reminds me more of candy corn, thanks to his coloring.) For the most part, you could handwave it by saying some of the Cousins hit a growth spurt, and others didn't. (Some of them just changed their attire, like Marcy, Jungle and June. Even Lalala's tan might fall under this... Or Colombo's haircut, if you take the view that he just stopped trimming around his face so much. They might have done that because they felt left out, too... Imagine seeing most of your extended family changing like that and not having something similiar happen to you.) What's interesting about this is you could work backwards, too -- arguing that some of the later cousins already hit their 'evolution point' (or whatever you want to call it) long before we were introduced to them. Like Drooby -- she looks like she's already 'matured' or what have you. Can you imagine what she might've looked like originally? Or Dangle before his arms grew long enough to support him?   (On the subject of e-cards: do you mean not originally on the Japanese site, or not originally on the English site? I don't think the English site turned all of the WLK animations into e-cards; they just used some of them.) (And I need to sit down and write out a full timeline of just how June changed between games. There's even differences between how she was depicted in-game and the changes she went through in official art.) But, getting back to the original discussion!  -- Not sure if it's an improvement, but it'd be interesting if Ace actually did change his pointy backside back like the Match Game profile claimed he was considering. I can't see him changing back completely to his original work; he'd probably spring for something else, something flashier... (Maybe he'd try adding racing stripes?)  -- While I tend to see June as wearing a 'sundress' anyway, it might be interesting if they made the dress part of that idea a little more evident, with more of a flared 'skirt'. (At least enough that you couldn't see the blue bloomers beneath anymore, just to be different.)  -- If Fujio's head-volcano is still active, we should probably hope it never actually erupts -- I'd hate to see him post that!   -- Marcy could change her wardrobe again. Something brighter, something that'd make her pop out even more... Can you picture the confusion if she showed up for a game wearing something like what Dipp has, with flashing interior fabric lights?

You know, this could turn into a Katamari game! Make the cousins all new outfits by rolling up different kinds of objects! Roll up summer things for June!(she wears summer dresses), hot things for Fujio(volcano), technology for Mag. You get the idea. Is anyone writing this down? I think we can make this work people! >_>b |

Actually, I was thinking this for the story: The King is out in the royal garden with the queen one day and he sees a flower he likes. He bends down to take it, when all of the sudden the pollen from it makes him sneeze! This causes a huge gust of wind to blow across the garden, which rips off all of the cousins' clothing.(Who are covered in some way) The Prince then starts the tutorial stage(with those black marks to cover his...*ahem*) where he makes his own new outfit. The levels then consist of him making new outfits for his cousins. ...I thought about that too much.

...Given that Lalala, the oft-proclaimed nudist cousin, doesn't warrant any censor bars, why would the Prince and everyone else get them? A plot like that could also give us an excuse to meet some of their parents, too. You'd think some of them would react... poorly to the King doing something like that. |

Well then, no sensor bars, whatever works. And yes, that could be an excuse to meet some of the parents.(It would be awesome if Ryu parents came and they were ninjas too) I was thinking of an alternate plot where all of the cousins with white covering a good amount of clothing ask the queen to do their laundry, but the King leaves in a red sock and they all turn pink.(This leads to them needing new clothing, and yes, I need to stop thinking about this) However, there are only like 5 cousins with mainly white clothing. I was thinking the other day about the Namco guys making a movie of each of the cousins own pasts, kinda like X-Men Origins Wolverine.(But where's the other members). That's my point. Then earlier i saw someting in tea with king or matsuri tent about a story, that keeps going. it's like an action movie. Somebody listening. Namco + Hollywood = Katamari movie or movies. And the Katamari Makeover stuff sound good to, but i think the title should be Wonderful Katamari, and i think story would go like this The King wants to enter all the cousins in a fashion contest just for them. But the cousins + Prince don't think their OK, With their normal looks. Esp. LALALA. So secretly (roboking returns form KF) Roboking helps them, and be their guide, you know like the asking requests in KD or KF thing-role , Queen and Papa keeps it a secret too. So, they all roll up the needed items for clothing + the finished katamari would be transformed into a costume and a planet. And at the end ; in the Fashion Show , the King was sleeping. Then woke up when Roboking talks on the mic, to open the show. The King is very well satisfied, and announces everyone the winner. THE END. The levels: Tutorial Drooby : Collect the Strange shapes, at least most since there are angels there to . Then roll up (the stage is Egg School in BK)Beyond: You roll up space stuff for  , then roll up (The stage is the space part of Schlos Kosmos in BK)Mag: You roll up things that are electronic and technological, then roll up  (The stage is Mechanical Colony from BK)Fujio: Roll up hot stuff and reach 10,000 C then roll up ( Hot Stuff from KF)Honey: Collect sweets, then roll up  .
