When I Always get the Lantern ghost at Sakura Town "I wonder where in the world did i get him?"  Pls. Help

It's in a cherry tree if you roll across the 75cm+ bridge and turn right. Roll down the road and turn left, and bump the tree. The lamp ghost will fall out. |

Yeah i know but before i rull up it and the ghost. I'd do royal look at the cherry tree and i don't see it.
