Here's A chance for you to vote what Game of Katamari is the best.

There's a rumor that Beautiful katamari will hit the Wii & and and upcoming downloadable Nintendi DSi game . I heard the Dsi game from Wikipedia.

Korogashi Puzzle Katamari Damacy, only released in Japan, is a spin-off falling block puzzle game based on the katamari series, and Namco announced they will not be releasing BK for the Wii.
And seriously, Me And my Katamari is probably the worst katamari game, not the best...

Katamari Damacy Tribute and Katamari Forever are the same game. Oh, and the rumor about BK on the Wii died down as soon as the game was released.

WLK is by far the best.

MMK is a close second. It's really not as bad as reviews say it is. The controls are really easy to get used to.

KD is third, only because it's the first one, and all the kinks weren't sorted out yet.

Rolling with Katamari (cell phone) is horrible. The controls are really hard to get used to. Even though I did get 7cm4mm in the first level. :)

...And sprinkle in a little KF in there somewhere. :P

I honestly will have to go with KF. WLK is definitely second.

Like Genghis Khan, except tiny.

Ah, yes, we revisit a familiar debate... Why not?

KD: Where it all started... The concept was simple, but made brilliant with innovative, challenging, hilarious gameplay. Great music too :love (A-)

WLK: One of the rare instances when a sequel is better than the original.* Why? (1) Because they left 95% of it alone! (2) Improvements to gameplay like easier CNRs, the katamari is less fragile when it crashes, and many little tweaks like being able to restart without returning to the Home screen. (3) Tons of new content. They cut the repetitive numbered levels in half and gave us a plethora of new environments like Underwater, Sumo, Flowers, Snow, Racetrack, Zoo, Clouds, Fireflies, Gingerbread, and Paper Cranes. And they put new twists on the old concept with Campfire, 50-item, Cowbear, Save the Pandas, Tidy-up, and Cousins. It just goes on and on. They even included a funny endgame. WLK always wins these surveys, for obvious reasons. (A+)

MMK: Props to Namco for creating a bunch of new environments and cool items for us to roll up; and the 2d bonus game is sweet. But there's a lot of repetition. Different animals make you revisit levels three and four times. Moreover the basic idea of rolling for categories -- there are a whopping 49 categories in the ranking board alone! :( -- gets old after a while. Lastly, the game is confusing. Even people who have played the heck out of it can't tell you exactly how you're supposed to achieve certain goals :lol (B-)

[BK: I've only played the BK levels in KF, so I really can't say much.]

[MOBILE GAMES: These don't compare, in my opinion.]

KF: The filters are useless, but Drive Mode can be insanely fun. And the jump feature and the King's Heart make you rethink your strategies, even for old levels. But this game is FULL of old levels. It's like 97% rehashed content. Oy vey. It seems pretty clear they wanted to get maximum returns on a minimal investment. It's a shame to consider what Namco could have done with the series at this stage, utilizing technologies that didn't exist five years ago.... :crybaby Playing through it, you do see the "progression" of the series. KD's environments are sparse, and the music is straightforward and fun. In BK levels you're swimming in items, tripping over stuff. They love to pile thousands of things on shelves. Shelves everywhere! And some of the KF music makes your ears bleed :mad JK... I'm grading it generously because, well, a Greatest Hits collection can still be awesome because the original music was awesome (C-)

* Others sequels that outshone their predecessors include: the second Bond film (From Russia with Love), Hall and Oates' remake of The Righteous Brothers' "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'", and The Empire Strikes Back.

way too silly :S

This is really a question that I will never be able to answer, I think. I have thoroughly enjoyed all five katamari games I've played, and I have spent considerable time in all of them. I really, honestly like all five of them equally (the five I've played).

We Love Katamari was awesome, but Katamari Forever took the best from WLK, threw out the bad things, and added everything that made the other games great.
