Who needs a silly egg hunt when you can have the sand and surf?

Jodie Foster was snapped enjoying a beachside frolick with her kids, 9-year-old Charles and 6-year-old Kit, on an Easter holiday in sunny Hawaii on Sunday.

Conspicuously absent? Jodie’s longtime companion Cydney Bernard. Interestingly, the Oscar-winning lesbian recently revealed to Parade magazine that she’s never been in love, saying, “Oh, my life is basically from the head up. I’m definitely not proud of that. I’m very analytical.”

Hmmm….Is Jodie sending a message? Could there be trouble in paradise?

 Jodie and the boys appear to be happily looking at someone they know that is on the beach. Maybe it's Cydney and she's just not photographed. It sells their pics to a magazine for the razzi to start a rumor of them being separated.

It's nice to see Jodie is so affectionate and protective with her boys.

 A bunch of DLers were posting that Jodie hadn't been wearing her wedding ring in a bunch of recent pics. Is she wearing it in those pics? I can't tell.

 Cydney probably saw the razzi pics of Melissa and Tammy in Hawaii and decided not to go to the beach knowing they would be snapped by the photographing hunters. She's probably indulging in 5 star service at some swanky hotel in Hawaii while the family play on the beach.

 You know, when I first heard of Jodie's preference for ladies, I pictured her with like a super hot young thing a la Portia. But, from the pics I've seen, it seems like her and Cydney are a good couple with a nice little family situation. So, I hope all this single-talk is just talk, although I do find the no ring thing curious as well. There are other older beach pics of her where she does wear the ring.

 Cydney sort of looks like an older mirror image of Jodie. I thought Jodie preferred a brunette more European looking woman. Although from what I've heard of Cydney she is perfect for Jodie and I hope the rumors aren't true.

 OP hasn't come back to the thread so I think I will say this rumor is shit.

All this started when she did the Parade interview
(anyone with a brain can see she wasn't quoted)
and people zooming onto her fingers to see if there's a ring or not.

Damn thats sad. I'm sure there doing fine

 By the looks of the recent photo's of her & Cythia, I think there is a good chance she is not with Cydney. Time will only tell. Maybe they are just good friends from the movie.

I'm here in fact, I didn't start the rumor I just pasted the source of it.

As for this Cythia whatshername, how come she's suddenly in the picture? Today will be Nim's Island premiere in LA, It'll be interesting to see if she goes alone or with her family, including Cydney.

Jodie hadn't made the Beautiful Cydney comment yet.

and they worked on the Brave One together so its not like she JUST showed up.
They must have known each other for at least more then a year
