A set of drained and cleaned tunnels near the sewers that serve as a center of operations for the Grape Vine criminal organization. Busy at almost any hour its a meeting place for criminals and those who might need a form of inconspicuous aid. Many tunnels lead to it, but it's a well hidden place.

The sewers run though out most of the city and though out the underground caverns that run under the city structure. A lot sewers are invested by a range of different creates, so beware of attack down there.
