Member Posts: 21 Group: Members Member #6 Joined: June 6, 2008	He was glad to be inside out of sight even if he had been invited in with a bit of a shove, Eddie looked slowly round the room, he could feel the man sizing him up, good he though to himself he's not stupid. “You know you should have sent out a message before arriving on our door step. Your steer up some gossip with our neighbours you know.” Eddie looked round to the man but seated himself and casually poured himself a drink before answering "Yes sending a messenger would have been proper, however my comings and goings from the church aren't really official, and a messenger sent by me would be looked into and we don't want that now do we?" he looked around for a sign of his wife, eddie had heard he had a wife and there were some signs of two people being here but she wasn't in sight perhaps his information was wrong he didn't to look at that possibility just yet however “No might I ask why you’re here?” Eddie looked at the man and took a long gulp of his drink barely moving the cloth to get the cup to his lips, he wiped his lips and spoke carefully "you might, but i wouldn't be quite so worried this isn't official church business, in-fact i wouldn't say it was church business, I am here of my own accord, there are whispers about you you know? very hard to hear but if you listen well you hear them." He paused momentarily to lick his lips "They say you've a touch for the dark arts, and you have a wife who led you into it" Eddie paused to allow his words to sink "i do see your wife isn't here however most unfortunate, she'll be back soon I hope?" He slowly pulled his hood back revealing his scarred head, it was bald and the flesh was pink and ridged "As you most well know a person is forbidden to use the void but can however study it, and a void user can be seen by the visible scarring it leaves on their body" He took the cloth covering his lower face completely off showing the ridged and hardened flesh across his cheeks and throat, there was no hair on his head and his eyes seemed out of placed in the scarred face "So I am here to tell you if these whispers are true then you maybe able to help me" Eddie knew this was dangerous to openly suggest someone was a void user and reveal himself, but he knew the church would bend the law his way and if things went badly he could always become a shadow disappear a plus from using the void
