Busy at almost any hour its a meeting place for criminals and those who might need a form of inconspicuous aid. Many tunnels lead to it, but it's a well hidden place. Information about forum: Easily a meeting place between the Grape and any criminals, maybe a venturous noble. The Vineyard tunnels were procured and drained by Lizbeth DelMire for the use for her criminal organization, the Grape Vine. These tunnels host a number of different areas from offices, and meeting rooms, to a sort of small bar.
