Indigo glanced at the Inquisitor and turned her back to him without a nod like she usually did. He talked about confessions. It always meant torturing as far as she knew. Unless the criminal was so afraid he'd spill it out before they laid a finger on him. She was familiar to torturing, having done it herself. Even she herself had been tortured by the enemy. To Indi it was a pointless process. She'd rather kill. In other words, she never offered a chance to the criminal. Offer her a job as a criminal catcher? No. Offer her a job as a killer that she is? Sure.

She walked out the door and sighed. One of these days she would care so little that she would end up killing her own mother and yelling at Banza's face. That would be the end of her life, for sure.
