The royal inquisitors... the way she said it gave him the creeps. He had no idea who they were, but he could guess that if she didn't like them, he wouldn't end up pals with them either. He couldn't help but ask who they were.

"The royal inquisitors? A police force or something?" He looked ahead of him. The royal inquisitors... he obviously didn't want to be one of them, most likely all of them being a bunch of royal pains in the ass. From what he could guess from the name, a group of people who go around, acting as a secret guard, torturing the general populace and abusing the powers that were given to them. They would most likely all be snobby, stuck up individuals who couldn't win a fight on their own, so instead traveled in packs, with lots of weapons and armors.

She then averted to magic. He knew some yes, but he wasn't in the mood to let her know that he what he was practicing was illegal in the sense of the word. He would do what he liked and damned be the person who tried to stop him from doing so. But he was lacking a weapon, and even with magic, those guards were looking mighty strong and if he was unlucky, itching for a fight.
