I unbolded the application if you don't mind. It was messing with my OCD. The first person application shows his personality throughout the whole application, so there's no problem there. My opinion, and I mean this with no offense, is that he seems a bit generic, the usual sort of tough guys full of himself, thinks the ladies love him, sort of man. Maybe even a little flat an one sided. I wouldn't mind knowing a little more about your character, What drove him to being a little delinquent, a little more elaboration in the history wouldn't be bad. But, applications don't always give the character, and I haven't seen you roleplay. I expect that this character will show himself better in roleplaying. I think he's good to be accepted.
