Heavens Docks Heavens docks is a massive structure that can only be reached by a number of lifts that rise from the middle layer of the city. The structures main frame is constructed from a large amount of metal scaffolding but the rest of the structure is wooden, which leads to a lot of worry in the evenings when the very docks, creak and bend in the late night mists. |
