Administrator Posts: 538 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: April 13, 2008	Khanzates Race created by: Winter The following is a brief expansion of what the Khanzates are like and a brief bit of history on them: Name: Khanzate Life Span: Oldest has lived to be 358 years old. Youngest died was 10 years old. A Khanzate can not die at birth. Its system keeps the body functions active 10-15 years even though there would be no real brain function, or thought process. Average Height: Between 5 foot 4 and 5 feet to 7 feet. Gender doesn't make any different with this race. Average Build: Slender, skinny Overall Appearance: Khanzates look basically like humans but their facial features are different. Their jaw line is narrow, like someone had crushed their lower jaw bone. Their teeth are sharp, like those of a shark. Their eyes are pure white or different shades of grey and blue. They do not have pupils or irises so it seems that their eyes were covered with a blurry layer of cornea. Khanzates' bodies pretty much seem like they'd live on the edge of starvation. You can often see their bones stick out. Though those who get plenty of nutrition might even seem like a human of the skinny side. Then only their facial structures stick out. They also possess sharp claws. Sometimes Khanzates do not seem to possess a figure at all due to their ability to melt into their dark forest habitat. They can literally melt themselves into trees, present in the forest/damp they were born. They live in moist forest areas and prefer staying in the shadows. Their skin is often very pale and due to their veins it might seem even slightly bluish, though this feature changes depending on where the individual has born. Their talons and teeth are sharp so they can hunt down and tear the flesh of their prey. Overall Personality: They are rather inverted and do not like communicating with other races than their own. However, some have shown interest towards the surrounding world. Their lack of communication with races is most likely connected to the fact that they do not speak with actual formed words. With each other they use different growls, squeals and clicks of their tongue or teeth. Those who have started to communicate with others have shown the ability to mock voices for they adopt the voice of the first person they hear speak in the more understandable language. However, the voice of Khanzate is always slightly hoarse. When it comes to killing and peace they do not follow the lines of the rest of the world. They will kill for their hunger but otherwise they are calm, unless someone crosses over to their territory. Mostly they are evasive on conflicts. Only when threatened or hungry do they attack. Khanzates have close family communities and they are social that way. Without the members of the same race they get depressed rather easily unless they find a way to cope. Strengths: Though they are delicate, their bone structure is very strong, they have the ability to become one with a tree of their home forest, they are very agile and fast, regenerating skin tissue Weaknesses: Constant exposure to light, their skin is thin and injures easily, skin regenerates daily during which they are vulnerable, not much physical strength, only survives by eating flesh no other nutrition is good for them but might even harm them, anti-social nature, misunderstood race. Natural School Of Magic: The Khanzate are best suited to using Void magic.
