Name: Lizbeth DelMire. Nicknamed Liz, it's common enough to give people and not be suspected of anything. She doesn't give out her last name under many circumstances.

Appearance Details
Overall Appearance Description: - Lizbeth is a five foot Tereborean, so rather tall for her race. She differs slightly from common Terebori, but it seems only to be an effect of a long line of lower city dwellers. Her face is longer, and though still carrying the soft features of a Terebori, has a distinct sharpness about it. Her nose in particular is tapered to a sharp end, and her mouth is thin. Her blonde hair is cut short, and comes to the longest at the nape of her neck. Her bangs end a little above her eyebrows, and get longer the farther away they get from the brow.
She's very thin, almost malnutritioned, and eats very little. Although many times it's not possible to tell, for she wears bulky beggar's rags that hang askew on her body. Although she could afford much better clothes and a house in the nobles housing district she finds both necessity and her attachment to the lower level stops her. The only time she wears good clothes and trims herself up and proper are at meetings of importance.
From the markings on her face it looks as if her skin is yellow with green markings but it is in fact the opposite. aside from the half circle on her on her forehead which comes out of her hairline, the tip of her nose, and the sides of her face, the rest of her face is green. Her body is all green except for a yellow line that runs down her arm and sides on both sides of her body. There is a yellow circle between her breasts as well.
Her manner of moving has a sharpness about it as well, her movements as a strange sort of quick, a little bit menacing. Her dark blue eyes move just as quickly, in a sort of cold, and perceptive way. They lack the calculating look though, and don't give much emotion away, much less the workings of her brain.
She has a heavy lower level pronunciation of words, slurring them and shortening things, bad grammar, and slang. She finds that it's intimidating in a way, and will change her form of speech as best she can when talking to a noble that she might be dealing with. She knows how to speak in a more mannered way, but it's easier for her to speak the way she learned to.

Education: - Lizbeth's downtrodden family couldn't afford her the best education possible. She knows how to write and read from strangers who stopped to show her what was said on trash and scraps of paper. Her parents knew a little as well and so when they could thy showed her things and tried to teach her something.
All this was a slow and empty sort of process, they didn't teach her because they wanted to, because she needed to know these things, but they taught her to read and understand some of the writings without really knowing. By reading things aloud for themselves and allowing her to have the paper after they were done with it.
Her real teacher was a little book she found rummaging through one of the many rubbish chutes in the Lower level. It was a little grammar and word book for children who could afford it. She took pains to learn something from that book and with what she'd learned of before managed to decipher that book and learn from it.
She found simple math easy and knew the basics through logical steps she took. She learned more the same way she learned to read and write, through old balance books and ledgers that found their way down to the lower level. Similarly life in the lower levels brought her to and easy understanding of how to fend for and defend herself.
Academic weaknesses: - Everything she learned she leaned for places that didn't teach it in a direct way, she never had a real teacher or anyone to correct her mistakes. She never had an education higher than what she had access to, so she has no real knowledge of anything beyond reading, writing, math and the things she learns through gossip and the few few books she reads. Ergo she knows nothing of magic and mechanics.
Main goal (dream) at this point in time: - Her work involves the intake and output of money into the going abouts in the city. She discriminates little, so if you need her money she'll help you all she can. Money is her business, money is her goal.
Overall Personality Description: - Life in the lower level partially hardened Liz's personality. She knows its hard to live there, knows what its like to scavenge for a living. She didn't manage to gain a mean streak because of it, but found her calling in aiding near everyone.
Creating a business the aid everyone, even an underground of thieves and lairs may have set her for life, but it taught her that trust was not an important thing in that sort of business. People would swindle you first look, especially if the first thing you did was offer them the money. Because of these lessons she knows how to put on a scary face and keep the petty criminals in line and she's not afraid to go after people for her fair share of the money. She nows the world is a dangerous place and she knows that her position on top of it is pretty unstable.
In her own right a criminal through the business of the organization Lizbeth has about the same morals as more criminals and she doesn't at all like being cheated. She's not afraid to do a number of things to get even and is rumored to have a few murders under her belt.
Not one to spend scrupulously, Liz still lives in the lower level. Even with enough money to buy a fine house she knows that she wouldn't manage to survive long in the higher levels. Liz understands that her business and her going abouts have forced her to live undercover.
Unlike most of her kind Liz has a deep rooted fend for yourself ideology stemming from her childhood. She may work to aid people, but she does come first. Her welfare, wellbeing and safety comes first, before all else.She herself hires some guards for herself and knows well enough how to defend herself with a number of weapons that can be found at hand. She's not the type of person that will take things sitting down and has a bit of a temper and ill will toward idiots and schemers.
Background Details
History/Background:- Born to a run down family of Terebori, Liz grew up as a little helper and scavenger. She didn't go to school but spent her days as a child rummaging and trying to find things her folks could make use of. She grew up quickly and saw very little of children her age. Her parents scavenged to feed her and themselves as well. If they could find anything worthwhile they tried to sell it to someone who would take it.
Lizbeth's Childhood was all like that. And in the rummaging she found the things that taught her. As she grew she gathered other things from the trash that she found. She may have given objects and such to her parents, but sometimes she found money in her searches, and that little bit of cash she found she kept away from her parents. She knew she'd have to fend for herself one day, and wasn't willing to let a chance of a better life slip away from her. She'd come to the conclusion that her parents' hadn't managed to outsmart their position in society. She resented their choice and their acceptance of their poverty.
As she got older that small bit of money she scavenged turned into something worth using. As soon as she was old enough she found an abandoned house of her own and a couple criminals looking to do business. It was hard at first but eventually a couple decided they would take her money and put it to use in heists and that she would get a share of the heist. Sometimes she would lose more than she'd given and sometimes she would gain. But as she aided with heists and even performed some herself in necessity she gained a name for herself and earned more money. It was a bit of a gamble. Eventually at the age of 27 she managed to secure a set of tunnels in the sewers and began doing her business there.
The Vineyards Tunnels were drained of sewage and cleaned, used as her head of operations. No-one but those who needed to know about them knew where they were. Soon they were furnished and a few workers had places to settle accounts and matters. Finding an opening to the surface Liz managed t get it re-routed to the house above and claimed that as her residence moving out of house she'd claimed at the age of 16.
Her business grew quickly as more people learned what she had to offer and she managed to secure a few agents to help her gain more clients. Her organization's name grew out of the criminal circles into others and was inconspicuously hidden as the Grape Vine. Now ten years later at the age of 38 she finds herself top rank among criminals and her business grows even larger.
