She makes and sells silk cloth and items made from silk on the market. Spell Caster: Yes Steamskilled: Yes Appearance Details Overall Appearance Description: Lilly’s a slender creature like many others of her race. Her body holds some curves around her hips and her legs and stomach of softly toned, giving her a athletic look to her. Her chest isn’t full and plump like many of her sisters and aunts, yet she still gains fair share of glances from the men when roaming the city in her elegant silken dresses which can often be seen shifting and turning with the movement of her lovely hips. Lilly’s body isn’t as long as most Elves, seeing as she stands a graceful height of 6 and a half feet. This makes her stand slightly taller than some races, yet places her sometimes half a foot smaller than other of her race. Due to this shortness, her body almost resembles something of a human females just with a lack of any kinds of freckles or hairs, yet she is rather jealous of freckles, she find them so cute in a sense. Her features are very soft. She has curvy cheeks, a smooth jaw line and a small little chin, slim eye brows and a rather cute little nose. Her eyes are large and her eye lashes are full and long which bring out the brightness of her green eyes against her rich chocolate skin. Due to the facial expressions she pulls from time to time due to her time with humans, she can sometimes appear cheeky almost which is rare for members of her race. Her hair is cut short, which is rarely seen in her race. She normally partly spikes it upwards in the same direction as her small pointed ears. Her hair colour could be described as a caramel, but it’s not her natural shade. She’s often dries her hair to this lighter tone in steed of keeping her natural black hair colour. At the base of her ears she has to small silver earrings on each ear. And she also has three small ring at the top of her left ear. Personal Details Sexuality: Straight Marital Status: Single yet she’s a widow now Education: Lilly’s family have worked with Silk for a long time and the business of selling the fabric. So she was taught from a early age how to sew, use and repair the equipment and pick the finer fabrics, as well as how to measure customers up for garments. She was later taught the skills on how to make sales and how to deal with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Also due to her race, she has been well educated in the ways of her people and their customs but since living with the humans she’s learned not to take as much offence as other elves would. She knows a great deal about other cultures and race due to her contact with them and think herself a bit of a expert on some fields and she also claims she’s the best seamstress in all of the city, seeing as no one seems to be able to match the quality of her dresses. Also due to her time with the humans she has gained a tolerance for magic and has some skills in the arts herself. She was a student at the church for the around 8 years, where she learned a range of things but pulled out mid away though seeing she missed her silks and business. Academic weaknesses: She not a fighter but a lover. She’s terrible with a blade or another other weapons. She has a distaste for violence but knows it’s places in the world. This has let to her to hiring personal guards from time to time for protection, yet she is very reluctant to draw any kind of weapon herself. Main goal (dream) at this point in time: She doesn’t care for her wealth and isn’t bothered about her social standards but her main goal in life is to find herself a lover. Overall Personality Description: Lilly is a sweet thing, who always tries to please others. She’s almost always smiles and her tone is always joyful and caring. She can rarely be found in a bad mood and if so she will retreat away to her room and keep it to herself so not to bring down anyone else’s mood. Due to her knowledge of other cultures and social groups, she treats everyone differently to suit their personal preferences. She not a push over though. She’s can be sometimes confronted and will refuse to sell produces if a fair price is not given in return, yet she will never resort to violence herself, it goes against her nature. She sometimes hires protection but would never pay another to inflict harm upon someone else. Being an Elf, she still does live by some rules of their sociality but she does have some tolerance for the ignorant, she turn a blind eye once in a while but she can not tolerate full frontal rudeness and will walk away if offended enough., luckily she’s not like others of her race and remand blood for the outrage. Background Details History/Background: Lilly was born in Istria, up on the upper levels of the city with the more wealthy folk. Due to Elves long life spans Lilly’s family had gathered a vast fortune about themselves from their trade with silk cloth and silken items. Family life was pleasant for her. Due to her families trade, Lilly’s was taught from a early age how to sew, use and repair the equipment and pick the finer fabrics, as well as how to measure customers up for garments. These lessons were as much enjoyable as beneficial to her, seeing as she greatly enjoyed the company her family. Due to the structure of Elven society most of the men who would have been in Lilly’s life if she were human were off fighting wars or in distant lands trading, so she was raised only by the female sex and rarely made contact with males. Later she was later taught the skills on how to make sales and how to deal with people from different cultures and backgrounds. This lead to her being taken out into the city often to different levels of the city to watch different races and socials groups and study them in order to understand them as a customer, seeing as most other races differed from her own kind greatly. As she grew older, she was let out into the city more and more on her own in order to study different social groups and cultures but with every day she grew more and more curious of the other sex and other races. At the age of 17 she fell for a handsome gentlemen by the name of Gareth. At first it was nothing more than puppy love, there relationship secret, seeing as they both came from different social groups and were different races, which Lilly’s family would not accept but as time went on their love grew and grew yet they never indulged in physical affections for it went against Elven rules. Finally Lilly plucked up the courage to display her love for Gareth even if it meant to sacrifice her relationship with her family and her social status. She invited Gareth to her home for dinner. The event was outrageous. A human from the middle levels, in their home! Her family were already fearful of the worse and didn’t want to up set anything further but during the meal Lilly placed her hand upon his. A simple action but displayed their love for one another and their physical contact in public went against even the most basic of Elven rules. The pair were thrown from the house hold and banished from the family. In that single night Lilly social status was totally destroyed within the Elven community. She was quick to invest what money she had of her own into creating her own silk business but it took almost forty years for her to start to make any real profits for herself and her husband. The pair had wed in their fourth year of being together, yet never had children, for Lilly was unable to bare children. As the years passed Lilly kept her youthful looks and gained a healthy glow while Gareth grew older and weaker. Each day growing closer and close to death. Finally on his 67th birthday he passed away in his sleep. The lose took a heavy toll on her heart and she was stuck in her sick bed for over a year as she tried to recover from the great strain on her heart and the emotional damage. Once recovered she was advised to take up studies in the Church to possibly make up for the sins she had done to her family and she did so. It took her eight years to realise she had done nothing wrong and finally left the church to start her business up once again. Luckily by this point she already had a wealth of contacts, so she wasn’t starting from scratch. Its been two years now and she feels like she can move on now and put Gareth’s death behind her.
