There's the Merstham Valley Railway at St. Nicholas' School, Merstham, which has a 1/2 mile 7.25" railway in it's grounds, operated by the Merstham and District Model Engineers. Mainly sees use once a year at hte Merstham Model Steam Show (http://www.mmss.co.uk). Not sure if it is used for the benefit of the school kids, though. Cheers, Dom Greenop DMR |
