If I remember correctly, the carriages were all built locally on Severn Lamb bogies. Not the comfiest carriages I've ever been on, though the first class carriage is quite nice and a change from the standard ones! I seem to recall someone saying the spare tender was Zebedee's but was/is rarely used.... |
