I suggest that the museum contacts the Pallot Museum Trust on the same island as they have a couple of members more versed in local railway history. Next time I'm on Jersey I'll ask. But I'm sure they've already tried there. Still breaks my heart to see the remains of the sentinel railcar rotting away to nothing at Pallot - and nobody wants to save it. Heyho.
