As i see it a loco is the same loco if it has the following

. origianal mainframes
. improvements are non astheticly altering
and finally it runs the same as built if not better
Shame about Scotsman then as it does not have its own frames.
Or Tender, Or Boiler, Or Cylinders,

Erm, Wheels and rods anyone??
