According to the T-Gauge Forum it's 1:32 scale. The set comes with: -Loop of rail with controller -Rolling stock (1 locomotive and 2 cars with benches) -Scenery items (fences, tunnel, tree, some kind of picnic bench and a tent) -Several 1/32 people, including passengers for the train.
