I think it was a lister in a steam outline body? The loco at Billing was built by Alan Keef Ltd in 1984 for a quarry in Surrey. in 1987 it returned to Alan Keef, had a bit of steam outlining added, and went to Billing. Billing previously had both Motor Rail and Ruston steam outlined locos. If anyone knows where the Keef loco is currently, I'd be most interested.
