Hey, is there any chance of a 'view new posts' button making a reappearance? Very handy to just see all the threads that have been updated since the last visit, rather than trawling through all 120 subforums...

Hi Chris,

This version of the software incorporates a 'Todays Posts' option at the foot of the main forum page, this shows the active topics of the day, and the new posts.

Interestingly my experience of the old forum was that the New Posts button didn't always work...

The today's posts is different as it only seems to pull up posts on the same date. The previous version pulled up posts up to 24 hours old. I guess it says Today and means Today!!

I liked the older one better....

Progress doesn't always move forward. It was so handy being able to run through the list of missed posts. Ever more so after a weekend away, came back and missed nothing!

Can we dump the new format and go back to the old one? :-))

Looks prettier now though....

You've got to appreciate that this format is new to both us and the Zetaboard servers, who are gradually working on various bugs including this one, to make our forum lives easier!

Give it a bit of time...the benefits will shine through eventually, no you may not instantly recognise them...

And we're definetly not switching back!
