Im surprised no one posted this up on Thursday. Today coronation (ex syon park) will be running at eastleigh lakeside railway. looks very nice too

Trains go into tunnels and come out but locos can go in sheds and never come out

Looks excellent, very nice job, its appearance has also been improved no end in the rebuild in my opinion.

Yay, Thats Three Dove locos in steam this year! I shall have to see if i can see Coronation and Henry.

BTW
I Bumped in to a current member at sutton hall at alli pally on saturday, Morning Star apparently had some problems with leaky tubes but this has been sorted now and should be back in ticket this month!

It is good to see the Coronation back up and running, and also good that some of the Dove quirks such as the tender being too tall have been retained, keeping the locos own history intact. Although I am glad to see the back of the plates that stood in for the lining, have these been retained for posterity?

I'm glad FWN mentioned there were other Doves still about as I almost asked if this was the only one currently running!
