This has just cropped up on the UK MR Yahoo Group.
Anyone know its history?

There's also this line in Bramhope:

Anyone know the gauge or history of that one?

The Bramhope line is the late Terry Stanhope's 15" gauge line at Arthington Gasworks, now sadly gone.

The other line is intriguing as there looks like some heavy civil engineering there. I can see why one or two people thought it was Oakhill Manor! Given the location of the other pictures it is likely to be west/north Yorkshire, somewhere....

Walkleys closed a good 10 years ago, just before the mill. Was 12¼ with an awful american petrol hydraulic loco and 2 or 3 coaches. The line passed throught a container which acted as storage. There was also the burnt out wreck of another loco on the car park.
The loco, coaches and container were painted in the most awful shade of sky blue.....
